1. Agreement

These Terms form an agreement between you and NIXIM, the operator of nexiom.xyz. By using NIXIM, connecting a wallet, or signing a transaction initiated from the interface, you agree to these Terms and the related policies.

If you do not agree, do not use the interface.

2. What NIXIM provides

NIXIM is non-custodial software for discovering Solana token mints, preparing token-launch information, connecting a Solana wallet, and navigating to third-party Solana trading venues. NIXIM does not hold your private keys or seed phrase.

Production launch transactions require a separately deployed Solana program. The frontend must be configured to match that program before on-chain launch submission is enabled.

NIXIM is independent software and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Solana Foundation, Solana Labs, Jupiter, Raydium, Phantom, Solflare, or their affiliates.

3. Your responsibilities

• Use NIXIM only where lawful.
• Verify every Solana mint, wallet address, program ID, transaction simulation, and account before signing.
• You are responsible for token names, symbols, artwork, links, promotions, disclosures, intellectual-property rights, and legal compliance.
• Protect your wallet, device, private keys, and seed phrase.

4. Tokens and trading

A token appearing in NIXIM is not an endorsement, audit, verification, recommendation, or promise of value or liquidity.

Third-party swap routes and markets can have slippage, price impact, failed transactions, malicious tokens, low liquidity, and other risks. NIXIM does not guarantee a route or price.

5. Blockchain transactions

Solana is a public blockchain. Transactions, wallet addresses, token mints, program interactions, balances, and other activity can be public and difficult or impossible to reverse.

Wallet signatures are treated as actions authorised by the wallet holder. NIXIM cannot generally cancel, reverse, recover, or edit a confirmed Solana transaction.

6. No advice

NIXIM provides software and general information only. Nothing on the website is investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting, brokerage, or other professional advice.

7. Third parties

NIXIM can link to wallets, RPC providers, explorers, Jupiter, Raydium, storage services, and other third parties. Their terms, privacy practices, fees, security, and availability apply separately.

8. Disclaimers and liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NIXIM AND RELATED MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF PROFIT, VALUE, LIQUIDITY, SECURITY, AVAILABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NIXIM and its contributors are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost tokens, lost profits, wallet compromise, network failure, third-party service failure, or transactions you sign.
